CCC # 25 Scribble Stain Distress

I loved the technique that Linda from StudioL3 choose for this week's challenge. It was fun creating this one of a kind background. You will find the supplies needed for this technique on page 34.

Other supplies used: Tim's Bigz die; Snowman, tag, Mini holiday 2 stamp set, clear embossing powder, forest moss ink, white and black cardstock, tinsel glitter, miniature garland, baubles and trim.

Blue Butterfly

Blue is becoming one of my favorite colors. The background was stamped with one of the image from Posh Asian #2 Stamp Set. H20's were used to color the Asian butterfly on matte coat cardstock. The Posh sentiment from ATC Greeting Set #2.

Framed Fish

Really an easy card to make using two of the stamp images from Pacific Northwest Stamp Set and two Dee Gruenig Blending Blox ink pads. Shades of Gray and Shades of Brown.

Rooster No. 2

I stamped the Posh Asian Rooster and flowers on dabber paint background. The base of the card was inked with a flower stamp from Asian Set, dry embossed and then highlighted with blending blox ink pad.

I had fun creating this card with the rooster image from Posh Asian #1
The rooster was inked with Marvy Brush Markers onto fiber cardstock, the quote was inked using Posh mini ATC stamps.
The frame around the quote was made with a Sizzix die cut. Rhinestones from HL.
I used scrapbook paper for the base of this card.

This is one of my favorite stamps on the Posh Watercolor Stamp Set #1. The background was made with Golden Paints, the iris was stamped twice to give it the feel that it has a shadow.

I place this card over on Splitcoaststamper, it has been viewed many many times. The background was made with the flower used on this card. All images from Posh Rubber Stamps.

Framed Hummingbird

I made this card using images from the Pacific Northwest Set.

To complete the card I used eyelets along the outside border and then laced with metallic threads. To finish, I applied this piece to a folded card.

One more candle

A piece of white core turquoise cardstock was used with am embossing folder to make the background, the design was sanded to highlight the detail. The floral stamped frame from the Watercolor set was inked with blending blox. The flower image from Funky Flowers Set was inked with marvy brush markers and the sentiment was inked with marvy black brush marker. The frame was mat to black card stock. A coordinating folded cardstock was used to complete this card.

I made this card using a TJ technique from Feb/Mar 2010 called Dabber Shimmers.

Some of the stamps were inked onto the Dabber Shimmers background, other images were inked and cut-out. All stamps from Posh Rubber Stamps.

Does it look like I'm ready for Spring. I'm so tired of snow. We have had 19 1/2 inches since Christmas Eve. The iris stamp is from Watercolor Flowers #1 and the Happy Birthday greeting is from the Party Stamp Set. If you haven't seen this sheet of stamps it has this stamp on the right, 2. come to a Party, 3. Funny you don't look a day over.., 4. Save the date, 5. What's in a number and the 10 unique numbers about 2 inches tall.

Brush marker were used to ink the flower from the Watercolor Flower Set #1. The frame from Watercolor Flower Set #2 was inked and embossed with ink before cutting out. Edges of frame was highlighted with gold leaf. Stickers from Starform was added to corners. The frame was adhered to finished card.

Yellow Pansy

This card was fun to make. The background design was made with a Posh Rubber Flower Stamp and a baby wipe ink pad. I found the idea on Stamp TV. The Pansy stamp from the Thank you design team sheet was inked with brush markers and layered with die cuts. The sentiment was inked and embossed in black.

This sentiment image was one of the stamps given as a Thank you for all the design team members from Posh Rubber Stamps. I stamprd the sentiment on a die cut that was adhered to an embossed design from CB. The ribbon, scrapbook paper and brads were added to finish this card.

Cut Roses with Embossed Design

This card was created with images from Posh Watercolor Flowers #2.The images were inked with Dee's Blending Blox and then cut out and applied on the embossed folder from CB using 3-D dots. The embossed design on black card stock was highlighted with ink pads.

To finish it was applied to a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" pink card front.

A portion of the background was made using craft tips from an old advertisement with Speedball Brayers by Dee Gruenig. The rest of the card was made from viewing one of the projects on Dee's DVD.

This card was made using Posh Rubber Stamps along with couple of die cuts and bind-it-all. The die cut from my die cut machine was highlighted with glitter glue. The background was made with square ink pads from Marvy.
The flower was highlighted with glitter glue.

This card was made using Posh Rubber Stamps. The flower image from Dee's Watercolor Flower 2 was highlighted with glitter glue. The oval cut out was made with an oval chopper from shapingmemories. The background was made with Dee's Blending Blox. A gold leaf pen was used around the oval shape.
