Rubber Stamp Madness contacted me July 2010 to publish two of my cards for the Spring issue. They ask me to write step-by-step directions on both articles and tell a little of myself.
I'm very please with both articles.

it's called Sweet Smiles  (Hearts in Touch Rubber Stamps were used on this card.)

The second card published is called Three Pears; its a watercolor crayons and alcohol inks technique with step-by-step directions on page 18 and 19. (Posh Impressions by JudiKins stamp was used on this card.)

CCC # 25 Scribble Stain Distress

I loved the technique that Linda from StudioL3 choose for this week's challenge. It was fun creating this one of a kind background. You will find the supplies needed for this technique on page 34.

Other supplies used: Tim's Bigz die; Snowman, tag, Mini holiday 2 stamp set, clear embossing powder, forest moss ink, white and black cardstock, tinsel glitter, miniature garland, baubles and trim.

Try That Technique Thursday "Cuttlebug Highlights"

This is my card for this technique; a birthday card for my younger brother.

Blue Butterfly

Blue is becoming one of my favorite colors. The background was stamped with one of the image from Posh Asian #2 Stamp Set. H20's were used to color the Asian butterfly on matte coat cardstock. The Posh sentiment from ATC Greeting Set #2. 

Framed Fish

Really an easy card to make using two of the stamp images from Pacific Northwest Stamp Set and two Dee Gruenig Blending Blox ink pads. Shades of Gray and Shades of Brown.

Rooster No. 2

I stamped the Posh Asian Rooster and flowers on dabber paint background. The base of the card was inked with a flower stamp from Asian Set, dry embossed and then highlighted with blending blox ink pad.
Posh Asian #1 Rubber Stamp Set available unmounted or mounted on EZ-Mount.

Music Card

The background was made using a dry embossing and debossing with stamped music keyboard. The woman image was inked and colored with Copic markers. Die cuts from Quickutz and Sizzix were used on this card.

Asian Card #2

I had fun creating this card with the rooster image from Posh Asian #1
The rooster was inked with Marvy Brush Markers onto fiber cardstock, the quote was inked using Posh mini ATC stamps.
The frame around the quote was made with a Sizzix die cut. Rhinestones from HL.
I used scrapbook paper for the base of this card.

Framed Flowers

I enjoyed making this card using Stamp Set from Asian #1

Framed Iris

This is one of my favorite stamps on the Posh Watercolor Stamp Set #1. The background was made with Golden Paints, the iris was stamped twice to give it the feel that it has a shadow.

Just For You

I had so much fun making this card. My favorite thing to do: make backgrounds. This card was inspired from one of my favorite Posh stamp sheets. [Small Flowers]

Bloom

I place this card over on Splitcoaststamper, it has been viewed many many times. The background was made with the flower used on this card. All images from Posh Rubber Stamps.

Framed Hummingbird

I made this card using images from the Pacific Northwest Set.

To complete the card I used eyelets along the outside border and then laced with metallic threads. To finish, I applied this piece to a folded card.

One more candle

A piece of white core turquoise cardstock was used with am embossing folder to make the background, the design was sanded to highlight the detail. The floral stamped frame from the Watercolor set was inked with blending blox. The flower image from Funky Flowers Set was inked with marvy brush markers and the sentiment was inked with marvy black brush marker. The frame was mat to black card stock. A coordinating folded cardstock was used to complete this card.

Iris Card

I made this card using stamps from the Posh Watercolor Flowers #1. The background of the card was made with Ranger alcohol inks. Gold line sticker from Starform, The Netherlands.

Happy Mother's Day

A few days ago I made this card to send to my Mother for Mother's Day. It arrived at her mail box today. The sentiment is my own handwriting.

Funky Flower Card

The flowers and vase are from the Funky Flower Stamps Set. The background was made with designer paper, an embossed folder and StazOn ink. I splattered brown ink over the card before mounting on gold and black cardstock. Stamps by Posh Impressions.
